This expansive eight-bedroom villa is designed for large groups and high-end entertaining, featuring massive open-plan living spaces and extensive terraces across three levels. While the interior is defined by a contemporary-chic aesthetic and a 16-seater dining table, the true focus is the outdoor deck which serves as a massive sun-worshipping hub.

  • Leisure Facilities: Two outdoor splash pools, a 12-seater Jacuzzi, and two dedicated BBQ (braai) areas.

  • Dining & Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and laundry facilities (washer/dryer).

  • Climate Control Note: Air-conditioning is available in most bedrooms, but the living area air-conditioning is currently non-operational; a wood-burning fireplace is available for cooler evenings.

Bedroom Configuration & Accessibility

The eight bedrooms are spread evenly across the top, middle, and lower levels to provide privacy for large groups. Guests should be aware that the villa uses a “split-level” design, and several rooms require external access, which may impact those with mobility concerns or families with small children.

  • Top Level: Three bedrooms (one en-suite, two sharing a bathroom) with ocean views.

  • Middle & Lower Levels: Five bedrooms, all en-suite with air-conditioning, but accessed via exterior stairs.

  • Bedding: All eight rooms are furnished with queen-size beds and feature views of either the ocean, Lion’s Head, or Table Mountain.

Safety, Service & Logistics

The property is professionally managed with a live-in housekeeper provided Monday through Friday, ensuring a high level of service. Located just 5 minutes from the Camps Bay sunset strip, the villa offers a balance of secluded privacy and proximity to world-class dining, though strict administrative protocols must be met before arrival.

  • Security Verification: Mandatory TRUVI verification is required post-booking; failure to pass will require a significant physical damage deposit.

  • Parking & Security: Secure off-street parking is limited to two cars; the property is protected by a full alarm system.

  • Location Highlights: A 5-minute drive to Camps Bay Beach and 15 minutes to the V&A Waterfront or Table Mountain Cableway.
